The HCV Immunogenetics Database is a curated collection of antibody sequences, structural data, and immunogenetic information related to hepatitis C virus (HCV) research. Our mission is to accelerate the development of vaccines and therapeutics by providing researchers with open access to high-quality immunological data.

Mission: To facilitate the discovery and development of effective HCV vaccines and broadly neutralizing antibodies by providing a centralized, comprehensive database of HCV immunogenetics data.

What We Offer

Antibody Sequences

Comprehensive collection of HCV-specific monoclonal antibody sequences with detailed V(D)J gene assignments and mutation profiles.

Structural Data

Links to PDB structures and antigen contact residue information for structure-function analysis.

Epitope Classification

Detailed epitope mapping and classification data to understand antibody targeting patterns.

Cross-Species Data

Orthologous gene information for translational research in animal models.
